South Africa

Natural History of South Africa is a study abroad course that introduces students to the biodiversity and natural history of South Africa. We will meet weekly for lectures during the spring 2022 semester and discuss topics on biodiversity and wildlife conservation. Spring lectures will be followed by a two-week field excursion to South Africa in May. Participants will live and study at the Lajuma Research Center in the Soutpansberg Mountain Range and Skukuza Science Leadership Center in Kruger National Park.
